Havelock Law Corporation is a Singapore law firm dedicated to the resolution of disputes. We represent clients at every level of the Singapore courts in both civil and criminal proceedings, and act as counsel in international arbitrations seated in Singapore, the wider region and around the world.

We are deliberately small. That focus lets our directors lead every matter personally, move quickly when the case demands it, and stay close to the strategy from first call to final award.

Tan Jin Song

Managing Director

A civil litigator with deep courtroom experience, Jin Song has represented clients in the Singapore Courts and the Singapore International Arbitration Centre across investment, employment, shareholder, defamation and tenancy disputes.

Tony Tan

Director

Tony advises shipowners, commodities traders, aviation businesses and lenders on litigation and international arbitration. He appears before the Singapore High Court and Court of Appeal, and has acted under SIAC, SCMA, HKIAC, UNCITRAL, GAFTA and ad hoc rules.

Anthony Cheah Nicholls

Director

A dual-qualified international dispute resolution lawyer, Anthony is regularly engaged as counsel, arbitrator and mediator in commercial disputes. He is the exclusive winner of Lexology’s 2024 and 2025 Client Choice Awards for Arbitration in Singapore, where clients describe him as having “excellent legal skills” and “sharp analytical skills”, being “extremely approachable” and “a successful problem solver”.

Priya Nair

Associate

Priya advises on civil and commercial litigation with a focus on contractual disputes and employment law. She assists senior counsel across matters in the Singapore District Court and the High Court, and has experience in mediation proceedings under the Singapore Mediation Centre.

Marcus Lim Wen Jie

Associate

Marcus focuses on international arbitration and cross-border commercial disputes. He assists in SIAC and ICC proceedings, conducting legal research, drafting submissions, and supporting clients through all stages of the arbitral process.

Ryan Chew Zhi Hao

Associate

Ryan supports the firm’s arbitration and shipping practice, with a particular interest in maritime and commodities disputes. He assists in SCMA and SIAC proceedings and has exposure to multi-jurisdictional matters involving parties from Southeast Asia and East Asia.

Claudine Teo Mei Ling

Associate

Claudine assists with commercial litigation and regulatory matters, focusing on disputes involving financial services, trade finance, and corporate governance. She advises both corporate and individual clients on pre-dispute strategy and risk assessment.

Aisha Binte Rahmat

Associate

Aisha practises in family law and criminal defence, assisting clients in matrimonial proceedings, child custody matters, and criminal cases before the State Courts. She brings a compassionate and methodical approach to sensitive disputes.
