Jin Song’s main area of practice is civil litigation. He has represented clients in the Singapore Courts and the Singapore International Arbitration Centre on a range of matters such as international investment agreements in the automobile industry, employment and shareholder disputes, as well as landlord-tenant and defamation suits.

He has also advised and acted for members of recreation clubs in internal disciplinary procedures, and subsidiary proprietors and management committees on issues pertaining to the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act.
